We have set things so that for the first 2 guests there is the main bed and then we have a twin mattress to accommodate a 3rd guest. As part of our cleaning fees, we provide enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure the safety of our guests and the cleanliness of the overall space. The extra twin mattress may be available for an extra $10 if there are only two guests. Approval must be obtained more than 24 hours in advance.

A pack and play crib is available free of charge for your little one under the age of 2 if requested in advance.

We have a friendly white lab who we allow in our house, however she is never allowed in the Airbnb room nor do we allow any other visiting pets in the room.

This apartment is attached to the rest of our home. It has its own private, separate coded entrance and private space completely locked off and separate from the rest of the house.
