Een spectaculair uitzicht is slechts het begin van wat deze blokhut te bieden heeft. Geniet van het prachtige Bear Lake in deze rustieke blokhut met prachtig op maat gemaakt houtwerk en een open haard. De grote keuken biedt toegang tot het verzamelgebied voor grote groepen. Zorg ervoor dat u extra kampeerstoelen meeneemt en ontspan op het grote terras met picknicktafels en geniet van het prachtige uitzicht op Bear Lake. Gasten hebben toegang tot een verwarmd buitenzwembad, een bubbelbad, tennis in de buitenlucht en basketbalvelden in de zomer.

Wat is in de buurt:
Bear Lake biedt een aantal van de beste sneeuwscooters in de staat Utah, en tijdens uw verblijf heeft u toegang tot meer dan 300 mijl aan geprepareerde paden en eindeloos heuvel beklimmen. Je kunt vanuit dit huis sneeuwscooteren vanaf de oprit wanneer er sneeuw aanwezig is. Booked then canceled with a before checking in. Was told a refund would be issued then when I noticed no nothing was being refunded I called and was told sorry for miscommunication but no refund would be made because I didn't cancel in time. The house was very nice. Lots of spiders in the basement bedroom and bathroom. There was a broken window and birds kept hitting the windows. The barbecue grill was disgusting we had to clean it really good before we could use it. I don’t think the house could handle 14 people like it says we had to have one of our nine people sleep on the couch. That was disappointing.

Great time!

We had a great time staying at this property! This was our second time staying here. It’s a great layout for our family of 7. This time we brought grandparents. It was really fun! Kids love playing foos ball! We’re thankful for 2 gathering spaces and nice beds. The view is spectacular and it’s fun to walk from the cabin to the marina to see the lake. Great garden city location! We planned to grill this trip and were disappointed the grill was not available, even though it was mentioned in the listing. Would have also been nice to know ahead of time that laundry machines would be out of order so we could plan accordingly. Overall a great place to stay! Thanks for sharing this wonderful property!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for a girls weekend away. The cabin is beautiful and we loved watching the snow come down outside the large living room windows. The kitchen was well stocked, and the fireplace was mesmerizing.

Bear lake stay

Had a great time. Home is beautiful. Needs a few repairs and changes. Stayed there for 4 nights 5 days with 8 adults 2 kids and they only had 2 tiny hotel bars of soap. Grandson got huge sliver 1.5” in his toe from the deck needs to be refinished. Bottom drawer on stove is broken and upstairs shower/tub needs to be unclogged. Other than those minor things I would recommend this rental.

We had a good time. The wide angled pics of the cabin made it appear larger than it was and also the outside pics are very old. We assume we would be more isolated with grass to play on outside. That is not the case. Overall it is a nice place. Needs updated accurate pictures. The add also mentioned a outdoor BBQ grill that we were planning on. There wasn’t one.

Listing needs updating

The cabin itself is very spaciouse and in a gorgeous area. The cabin is close to the marina and the views are amazing. However, the listing is outdated and needs to be updated. The grounds are not super well maintained. The yard is very overgrown with alot of weeds, stickers, dead grass and hornets around the house so if you have little ones playing outside they need to be careful. The biggest misconception about the listing is that in the information access to a grill is listed and seen in pictures along with the garage in pictures so the conception is you will have access to a grill and garage which is not the case. We had brought up a lot of meat to grill being that we stayed 6 nights for planned dinners. We also brought up a kayaks and bikes to store in the garage. When we called to get the access code for the garage being that we assumed the grill was in it we spoke to management and we were told the grill was indeed in the garage but we had no access to the garage. That needs to be listed. We ended up needing to buy a grill so we could grill our meat. We needed to leave our Kayaks and bikes out on the deck. This was frustrating, costly and worrisome for us. I would just hope that the listing will be updated so people know what they are indeed in store for and have a better idea of what they spent there money on.

This was a beautiful property. Everything went well for our visit. My only “complaint” would be that stating it can fit 20 people is a stretch. We were pretty tight at 15. The living area/kitchen was crowded when we cooked our meals, and there isn’t a big table inside. The bbq on the deck is very small and cheap, so it took us a while to cook our meat for our dinner. Definitely not a bbq for a house that can fit 20 people. We did enjoy our stay and eating our meals overlooking the lake.

4th of July weekend getaway

I tried multiple times to communicate with the property managers before our trip and no one emailed me, called me, or texted me back after multiple attempts. Still since trip we still haven’t been in contact with any property manager. We ended up bringing everything possible for cooking and such as we didn’t know what was available in the home. A lot was already in home. Wished the home was a bit more cleaned before getting there (cleaning people told us they were only cleaning for 2 hours before we arrived...how is it possible to get a deep clean/COVID clean for an entire home in just that small amount of time?) it would be nice to know that a pack n play is already at location and that there are no curtains in upstairs bedroom so at 12:30am every night you’re woken up by how bright the moon shines down on your face. Also, you aren’t supposed to change the thermostat to go below 70 degrees which was hard some hot nights. Otherwise, no other complaints; house was in a great location, great amenities with access to neighborhood pool, just a 10 min walk to the marina, great overlook onto the lake! Neighborhood was nice and Judy down the street from eateries and such. Note: there is no WiFi in this home and bad reception inside. Would definitely come back and stay here for sure as all our needs were pretty much met!

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location. Be aware that the room with the bunk beds (on the top floor) doesn't have any window coverings, so it gets nice and bright at the crack of dawn! There were plenty of towels, blankets, and most kitchen utensils/ cookware, etc. but there were only a few forks- not even enough for the 15 of us to have one at a meal. Our family likes to play games together so we brought up the small card table from downstairs and made that work, though a larger folding table would have been ideal. Other than those few minor things we enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying again in the future!

Simply Amazed with this house!

Our party of 20 had a fantastic time in this cabin home! It had everything we needed. It was easy to drive to the marked down the road, but it was nice that it felt a little away from the hassle and bustle of our home town. I would like to rent Marina View again next time we visit. It deserves 5 stars!

House mostly great...

The house for the most part was great! Beautiful wood!!! Beautiful area, and quiet neighborhood. FABULOUS views, nice and close to great beaches, and it had almost everything that we needed for our stay. I was a bit surprised that there wasn't eating area inside the house - the weather was great for eating outside at the 2 picnic tables - however the bees were TERRIBLE... not the worst thing though... The downstairs was SO COLD I had to wear a sweatshirt and socks all the time down there - and no matter what we did, turn off AC, shutting vents, all but turning on the heater - it was FREEZING - and very hard to sleep because I was so cold... I was really shocked to not have access to the pool - we have very young grandkids that came, and I was hoping for access to the pool in the pictures - and no card, no info in the binder at the house, and the pool in the area had a tarp over it and appeared to be closed... so I was very disappointed with that - I also emailed to find out about it... and never got a reply. The only other small criticism is that most of the windows don't have coverings on them - upstairs was VERY BRIGHT in the morning, and on the main floor most of the kitchen windows there is no way to block the sun, or have it private once it was nighttime.

Fun at Bear Lake

We loved our stay at the Marina View in Harbor Village. The house was close to the beach, marina and many yummy places to eat. The kids loved the game room with the foosball table. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our extended family of 11. The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the carpet had not been vacuumed before we got there. There were also a couple of towels hanging in the bathroom that had not been cleaned or were very stained. The carpeting definitely needs a good steam cleaning. Everything else looked clean and well maintained. We did have a problem with an overflowing toilet one morning but we were able to call housekeeping and they came right over. We had already solved the problem, but housekeeping did a thorough cleaning of the bathroom and brought us clean towels and rugs. Overall we felt it was a great location and we would recommend it to all.

Great cabin!

Beautiful cabin with amazing views of Bear Lake. Beds were comfortable. The entire family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The cabin had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.
