• No smoking or vaping inside the property.
• Kindly remove shoes indoors.
• No pets allowed.

Fees & Policies
• Lost key + lock replacement: £350
• Late checkout without approval: £80 per hour
• Excessive rubbish or mess: £90
• Damages: Any damage to the property, furnishings or appliances may incur additional charges based on repair or replacement costs.
