'This was actually our second time staying here. It’s such an amazing place to stay and the hosts are so kind and helpful. There are so many animals you have access to for the kiddos and adults who also like holding baby goats in the spring. The property and house are beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend this place, especially for families.'

'We had a very quiet and relaxing stay at the Byrd’s Nest. The apartment was lovely and very spacious. We walked in and saw an anniversary cake awaiting us. What a thoughtful surprise! We also enjoyed a delicious jar of honey. The hospitality extended to us by Marty and James went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again!'

'The property was beautiful and the houses were all very clean and comfortable to stay in! Everyone loved it ranging from ages 12 all the way up to 75 and all ages in between. We will definitely be back. On top of loving the property, the owners are amazing. My parents had tire trouble and had to stay at house past check out time on Sunday and they accommodated them to stay a few hours no problem… which was above and beyond and really helped my parents in such a stressful situation.'

'The house was exactly as pictured and excellent for the stay. The outdoor space was lovely for our wedding and everyone thought it was a great location/venue. Prior to the weekend communication was excellent but when it came time to actually being there, communication went downhill. A wedding can be high stress so having that happen was frustrating; however, the owner did get someone to come mow the outdoor event space on the day of the event and it gave us just enough time to finish decorating....

'Great house, the owners, Micheal/Leah had everything prepared when we arrived. We had 12 guys there for a golf tournament near by, Micheal even set up a small driving range for us off the back porch, a mini “Top Golf”. Beautiful property, especially at night with all the lights around the property.'

'The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. '
