'My husband and I just spent the month of March at Denay’s lovely home in Dunedin, Fl. From start to finish, our stay was wonderful. Our check in was very smooth. We arrived at night and there were lights on for us, which was nice. The home is beautiful, very clean and spacious and well equipped for a longer stay. The location can’t be beat. You are literally right next to the Pinellas trail and across the street from Blue Jays stadium and also a short walk to downtown. Denay is a superb host....

'Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and well maintained. The owners did a great job creating a little tropical oasis where you can kick back and relax. Our favorite part was the hot tub. Especially at this time of the year when the temperatures drop at night. Only a 15 minute drive to Honeymoon Island State Park. The room includes beach towels. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 447 Douglas ave Dunedin. The property was exactly as advertised great proximity to Main Street and very clean. Would recommend to friends. Only one suggestion a few extra towels would be helpful as there were only 2 bath towels and one of each hand and tea towel.'

'Loved the cottage, it was perfect! Much larger than we expected. We loved the pool and hot tub. Excellent location, we walked to everything. They have a fun sense of humor in their TV instructions and signage around the property. It was the foundation of a PERFECT vacation.'

'Took an overnight trip to visit Dunedin with my mom and sister. Barefoot Parrot was the perfect spot to spend the night. Nicely decorated and immaculate! We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of all the amenities, but Jen’s local guide with suggestions for shopping, restaurants and beaches was quite helpful. Highly recommend!'

'This was my second time staying at the tiki hut house I’m going back with another set of two weeks. This is the most relaxing place you could ever imagine. The grounds are spectacular and really smell like a tropical. I will move back again and I can highly recommend. My only criticism would be the upstair bed could use new mattresses.'
