I booked this hotel through Orbitz a month before we traveled to Lyon, France. When we arrived at the apartment, we called the french phone number as required, and were told that this apartment was no longer available. What? We spend 2 hours on the phone with customer service at Orbitz only to have our situation unresolved. We were lucky to find a 2 star little hotel down the street for 1 night in this hotel booked city. Ever since our return to the states, Orbitz has not resolved this charge to my account as we did not stay at this apartment.
