'We had a lovely stay in hotel ax the palace, the staff was very helpful, very friendly and always ready to assist us with any questions that we have. On our 2nd day it was my birthday and at the breakfast they surprised me to sing for me and even had a cake. After that we also found a personalized letter fron the staff that we on their behalf could drink a cocktail on my birthday. 'Kamers zijn prima maar gedateerd. Algehele look van het hotel is gewoon gedateerd. Voorzieningen zijn prima grote gym en prima zwembad etc. Ontbijt niet heel gevarieerd en kamers gangen zijn duidelijk toe aan een renovatie of opfrisbeurt. '

'I booked a higher room category due to mobility limitations and the need for more space. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, with only about 20 cm between the bed and desk/wardrobe, making it hard to move or handle luggage. It was also directly on the street and noisy. I raised this at checkout, but no solution or explanation was offered.'
