The Villa:

This villa features a fully equipped kitchen, boasting everything you need to whip up delicious meals. An additional dining table is also available for you to enjoy a more intimate dining experience.

For those fun nights, step outside to the terraces and fire up the outdoor BBQ for al fresco dining under the Andalusian sky. This is also where you can relax on the sofa lounge or bask in the sun on comfortable sunbeds while admiring stunning sea views.

This spacious villa offers five bedrooms, including four with double beds and one with a single bed. Two bathrooms and an additional guest toilet are featured to cater to your comfort needs.

Surrounded by a lush garden, this villa provides a serene environment for you to unwind and recharge, plus a large pool, sparkling under the beautiful sky. On top of that, with its convenient location, you're just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away from La Canada Shopping Mall, Marbella Center, and the Old Town.

And great news for beach lovers, a scenic 20-minute walk will lead you to the sandy shores, or hop in the car for a quick 7-minute drive to soak up the sun and splash in the waves.
Other Details to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.

• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.

• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
