Given the residential area, no parties or noise pollution will be tolerated.
We are in constant contact with the neighbourhood, which ensures the quietness of the area.
Should we receive any complaints about noise pollution, we will be obliged to terminate your reservation without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
You will be welcomed on site by our team from the Cocoonr Marseille agency. Your house will be ready to welcome you and your beds prepared for your arrival. Towels, bath rugs, tea towels, bed linen ... everything is included in your price.

You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the house, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival.
