'This house was just what the two of us needed for our stay in Craig to tour Yampa Valley Fiberworks, a woolen mill that is just north of town. We also got in some birding at the river in the afternoon. The house was clean and ideal for our visit--it is amazingly dog-friendly and that was very appreciated. The large grassy yard is fenced and there is also a smaller secure area that is pea gravel; dog beds and bowls are in the house. The kitchen is incredibly cute and well stocked with any utensil...

'There was nothing to like. I arrived late and the unit was not set up, there was no electricity or no water to the unit. It tool the host over an hour to get it connected. Then there was no soap, no towels, no comforter on the bed, The entry stairs were broken, the A/C was inoperable, the unit was not leveled properly, one of the utility access panels was left undone laying in the filthy floor which also had tiles peeling up. The dinette table was unusable/broken and one could not sit on the...

'We had an excellent time at the Bar 7 Ranch! If you are looking to get away from it all and relax, this is the place for you. The hosts where most gracious and accommodating. The property is gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone. You must enjoy the sunsets on the back porch and revel in the silence! We loved our stay there and hope to return in the future!'

'The property and “not so tiny”, tiny house was so much fun to stay in. Nice fire pit, plenty of chairs, kitchen well stocked, lego blocks for outside, bean bag toss, outside lights were perfect. Nice play set for the little ones. Thank you!!!!'

'Booked this one without reading the fine print. You share the small space with the host’s monther-in-law and it’s the downstairs below the family. Loud kids during the day and night and they had friends over at night. Watch out for the random child that decides to come down in your space too. And the insulin shots in the fridge. Nice shared washer/dryer with the family. The oven doesn’t work but don’t worry you have a toaster oven to cook in that’s sits above the fridge. Our dog had to stay...

'Fishing was great on Green River. Good at resort OK, just don’t get steak , everything else pretty good. Service great . Every staff member was a pleasure to deal with. All in all a nice place to stay. Fly shop well stocked and manager very helpful and friendly.'
