'Our stay at the Kasa South Side was good. Not fantastic - but pretty good! Pls read to the end to get our full input... We had a bunch of issues that were pretty irritating (pull-out bed was not usable... it was ONLY springs and there were no sheets; thermostat was hard to figure out... it was missing the cover with instructions; the parking/entering building was confusing upon arrival & the parking lot was on the complete opposite end of the building from our Kasa; only one set of elevators...

'Clean one bedroom apt. Nice neighbors in the building. Note that you won’t get your checkin info until 30 minutes prior to check in. It’s a third floor walk-up, but easy. Bed comfy. Nice amenities. Great kitchen and bath. Nice shower- wait for the warm water. It will come. Got a lovely note from owner upon departure. Would def stay again. Thanks!'
