Gezellig zwembadparadijs !!

vernieuwde woning heeft een master suite met eigen badkamer, inloopkast en twee extra kamers met strandthema. Je hebt het hele huis voor jezelf inclusief het (15'x30 ') 7ft diepe zwembad met terrasmeubilair dat volledig is afgeschermd. De achtertuin is ook volledig omheind voor uw privacy. U kunt ook genieten van kabel-tv in alle kamers, samen met WiFi. Het pand is een gezellige plek om te ontspannen, of u nu met uw vrienden of familie bent. De keuken is volledig gevuld met keukengerei, potten en pannen, kleine apparaten, strijkijzer en strijkplank, en een pak een toneelstuk. Er is een houtskoolgrill voor gebruik door de gasten, samen met alle grillgerei. Wasmachine en droger zijn voor jou om je kleding te wassen en zijn gevuld met getijdenpods en droogtrommels. Er is ook een printer voor gasten om kaarten en dergelijke af te drukken, de kanonnen-app te downloaden en te beginnen met afdrukken. Het zwembad en het gazon worden wekelijks gemaaid en kregen de opdracht de gasten niet te storen. Er is ook ADT-bewaking en beveiliging op het terrein voor gebruik door gasten met uw deurslotcode, een camera op de deurbel en een andere op de oprit. Er zijn geen camera's achter in het huis bij het zwembad voor privacy van de gasten.

Stop saying Heated pool in the winter months unless you are 100% sure the heater is working.

Saying that you have a heated pool in the winter months and your equipment is not working is false advertisement. I was there for 5 days in hopes that the pool was heated. I contacted the owner days before I arrived and they said the pool was heated and that the heater was already on. All 5 of my days the water was very cold. The heater was not working properly. The advertised heated pool was the main reason for booking. The living room needs to have new furniture. Once you sit on the furniture, you sink down very low. Thel ocation was close to convenience stores, gas stations and shopping areas. The neighborhood looked a little shady at first but once you got to the house it was a decent neighborhood and it was quite.Lots of condiments for cooking.Casey, the property manager responded in a prompt manner, but couldn't resolved the heater issue. Quiet.quiet.furniture.working.

Very nice stay

Quiet neighborhood. An older house that has been remodeled and modernized, very nice pool and well maintained. The internet is 5G, smart TV's in all bedrooms. Host is great and easy to communicate with. I give it 5 stars!

Critters in Attic

This was our 3rd time staying at this house. We really like the place overall and the pool is great. Although we did have issues with critters moving around in attic. Had to contact property manager who was able to get an exterminator out to investigate. Turned out to be rats, they set traps and it was an ongoing process throughout the 2 weeks we were there. Other then that issue it was great!

The house is nice and clean. The yard is cute and the pool well maintained. It is located in a central Melbourne with easy access to I-95, US-1, and a short drive across the causeway to the beaches. Dining options are close by as well in downtown Melbourne, a short drive to the mall, and all up and down A1A.

The house has everything you need and it is as advertised. Very clean and updated. Plenty of room and a convenient location. As you drive in, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Once you pull in the driveway, it’s a different story. Owner was very gracious and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Stay

Stayed for our wedding weekend and we couldn't have asked for more. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to the short stay and the wedding preparations, but we are looking forward to visiting again if Casey and Chan will have us back. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, bathrooms were big and had plenty of amenities which was a pleasant extra, like toothbrushes, razors and full size shampoo and shower gels. Wonderful time!!!

We all greatly enjoyed our stay at the house!!! It was beautiful,comfortable and very accommodating!!! You all had everything we needed and then some!!! If we ever have the need again we will be booking here!! The only thing is that the pool could have been a bit warmer,we are Florida wimps and can't take the cold, lol.

The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest but the house was clean and has everything you need towels, bedding, kitchenware, and washer-dryer. The only negative really was the heated pool wasn’t very heated it was still too cold for me to want to get in.

What could have been miserable was shown to be a class act

We enjoyed everything when we arrived. But when we went to shower there was no hot water. This was later in the afternoon on a Saturday. We contacted our host and without hesitation he arrived and confirmed. He was aggressive toward the resolve. He found a company to replace their tank on a Sunday. This made what could have been a very bad situation a comfortable resolve. It is never when things go right that the essence of an individual is revealed but on that worse case scenario and you see how they rise above it and conquer obstacles and handle things as they are suppose to. Thank you for the opportunity to see that in our host. I am certainly a customer for life when I am in the area for sure.

Beautiful in October

We found this property close to WalMart and other businesses we shop. Neighborhood quiet and well kept. Our rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. AC worked well with fans in every room ti keep comfortable temps for each area. Loved having the pool to cool off in afternoons. It was well kept and furniture outside is very comfortable for hours of R & R. Kitchen is very easy to use with laundry close by- all the amenities to keep us going through the hectic schedule for first half of trip We were very pleased and would love to use this home for our next trip to Melbourne

Clean comfortable house.

Clean comfortable house, centrally located, well maintained, owner provides the basics for moving in for your stay. Note for those staying in the fall season, be prepared as the pool is not heated as the owner say's in the listing (heated in winter months). Part of the reason we booked this house is for the pool. The owner should say what months the pool will be heated for. My mistake for thinking the pool would be warm for the first week of October. Needless to say the pool never got used. May want to consider bringing your own towels also. The ones provided are thin. A few of the slats are broken on the blinds in the front room and main bedroom. My guess is for people to look out the windows. The alarm beeps for no reason quite often. While its not loud it can be annoying for those with hearing aids (My husband). The front area where you park gets slippery when wet perhaps from the dirt or algae? And lastly the communication with the owner is slow. We were told we would get the door code once the cleaners had left. Check in is at 4pm. At 7pm we still didn't have the door code. I had to contract the owner for it. I got the code at 7:15 pm. Thankfully?? our flight was delayed.

Great family place

We were very happy with the property. The host was always available to answer any questions I had! The property is well kept and truly felt like home! With all the little amenities that we did not expect! The pool was perfect!!! Our family had a wonderful time there! Thank you!
