'The property was fine. However you have to bring all of your own toilet paper, hand towels/hand soap for the bathroom, paper towels, dish soap for the kitchen, blankets and pillows. The lodge was FILLED with cobwebs, yet we were charged extra upon our check out for not taking out the garbages. There was no heads up that we were going to be charged either. The lack of communication on that was truly upsetting. We didn’t say anything during our stay about the cobwebs and I wish we would have...

'I can’t say enough about the otter! From the amazing staff, that goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Great gift shop, great restaurant inside the hotel clean and extremely comfy beds. Convenience of offsales in the building as well! I travel extensively for work, for over 10 years, and this has by far been the best bang for your buck ever!!! Highly recommend!'

'Awesome remote property in the middle of a pine forest. We wanted privacy and this place offered it. Our dogs loved to run and the wrap around front porch offered peace in any weather. We especially loved that games, chairs (2), grills (both Blackstone and pellet) wood for fires were provided. Inside was really nice and clean and our whole family could sit and sleep comfortably. Beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The host was super nice and responds almost instantly...

'Weekend away wheeling around and enjoying the outdoors. Cabin was cute, clean and had everything we needed. Eric was very welcoming and shared great local information. Would definately recommend!!! We plan to stay again next winter to check out the area snowmobiling'
