'Firstly, Cpt Ron is a sweetheart ❤. The original boat cookie B was unavailable so we stayed on the Kayla Leigh instead. Captain Ron is very friendly and informative, we enjoyed the stay and chatting with him and his lovely wife. It was my first time on a small boat overnight and it takes a little getting used to being a tall girl, 😁 outside of adjusting to the shower/toilet situation I had a great stay! Highly recommended and I would book again. '

'The property is an entire boat, with kitchen and bathroom. Very nicely renovated. Great location between Richmond and Williamsburg. Very friendly reception by operator, who provided accurate and helpful tips. We were sorry that we could stay only one night, we would have loved to stay longer. 'We enjoyed Tina’s home so much and it was very well appointed. She had fresh flowers, a welcome basket of snacks, and wine upon arrival. The home is very spacious and perfect for gatherings. Tina thinks of everything and is very responsive if needed. The backyard is like a meditation zen garden. I would definitely recommend staying here.'

The house was fantastic because it was affordable for college kids (though one needed to be 30 years of age to book it…I exceed that age), it had lots of beds and enough bathrooms and a kitchen.
