'Heidi is a fantastic host. She made sure we had everything we needed and made herself available to resolve any issues. Cottage is comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. Location is convenient and has plenty of street parking. We didn’t take advantage of the outdoor tubs or bicycles, but they are a thoughtful touch. We would definitely book this property again!'

'A little eclectic reflecting the owner's Hollywood past. Quiet. Great WiFi. My only suggestion is to bring a plug-in smoke detector. Didn't see one. (No gas hookups so no carbon monoxide issues). Location, Location, Location! Wonderful host !'

'If you are looking for a great getaway spot close to LA, but you want to feel like you are nowhere close to the city, this is the spot for you. The home was beautiful and private. My fiancee and I spent a night after our engagement at this property and it was everything I was looking for and more. The Topoanga town is great to explore as well. Samantha was responsive, very accommodating to my needs, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. I would come back!'

'Loved this property! I needed a place to stay while visiting my brother who lives nearby. Cozy bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. Huge closet and hotel quality bathroom. While I didn’t need to use the kitchen much, the hostess provided a good amount of amenities. Excellent communication with the hostess too. Would come back here and stay!!!'

'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'
