'This spotless, commodious home more than met our expectations. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, bakeware, food storage containers...anything you can think of! Six dining room chairs and five barstools means you can entertain many for dinner. Smart TV. Bowflex upstairs. Washer/dryer in basement stocked with laundry supplies. 'The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. 'This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. 'Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely, two-level home. It’s very clean with comfy beds. We had nice evening walks in their quaint neighborhood; it was also a convenient drive into historic Sandwich. The only bummer was thinking that we’d be able to use the kayaks & canoe. My three teenagers were very disappointed. The site should make it clear that those are only available between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Otherwise, great place!'

'A group of friends and I had a lovely long weekend stay here. The yard is so big and perfect for games and relaxing, and the house is close to several beaches, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, etc. The layout is kind of weird, but we had plenty of space for everything. Would stay here again!'

It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer.
