'Great view, great location. Quick walk to the lifts. Plenty of room for our two families to spread out. Issue with washer was handled quickly and they had maintenance over within the hour. Beds & pillows however were not comfortable as they were hard and pillows were very flat. We would stay here again but would bring own pillows and bedding to go on top of mattress. Overall we enjoyed it here!'

'This is a great location, but really is not a true SKI OUT. There is some walking up the road (about 150 yards or so) which is a slight uphill slope. However, it is a great ski in location, and is set up really well. We had some issues with a smell on the first floor and the dishwasher wouldn't drain properly. The property manager was extremely responsive, and very accessible. To me this is more important than a perfect stay! Would recommend this to anyone coming to ski at Crested Butte!'

'This property was perfect for two families on a ski vacation. The floor to ceiling windows provide a phenomenal view but be sure to close the motorized shades during sunny days, because the living and kitchen areas warm up quickly. First Tracks picked us up daily in the driveway and it was a quick drive to base. The property sits far enough back from Gothic that road noise wasn’t a concern. 'Easy walk to the lifts'

'Cozy unit with a lovely view of Mt. Crested Butte. You can tell the owner loves this place as much as we did. The property was clean, kitchen was well equipped and the property management company was very responsive. This was the perfect location for skiing - quick walk to the lifts (even for kids) and a wonderful place to unwind and relax as a family after a fun day on the slopes. The hot tub was great too! Looking forward to staying again next ski season!'

'We stayed here for a ski weekend at crested Butte. Was super convenient to bus taking you to ski area and not far from the downtown area. Had all the things you could need for cooking and a nice steam shower downstairs. No problems with check-in. Would recommend!'

'Our favorite thing was the location to the chairlift to go skiing. It was truly so close and walkable. We even came back to the condo for lunch and a break during the day, saving us a ton of money! Kids loved the pool at night. The one thing that needs updating is the TV. We love watching movies with our kids on vacation and they only had basic cable no option to login to netflix or any streaming services. This day in age, I think that's a no brainer. All in all, would recommend.'
