The apartment was in poor condition and hadn't been properly cleaned. We had to leave the apartment after three days because the air conditioning unit was heavily moldy and there had been water damage some time ago. We weren't aware of these circumstances before our arrival. Communication with the property manager was very good. We then requested a cancellation from the owner and were only required to pay for a few days. We wouldn't recommend the apartment, but we were satisfied with the cancellation and partial refund of our booking price as a solution.
