The apartment wasn’t clean. My husband had to wash the outside windows in order to be able to see out. That is just one example. I cannot list all the little things that I needed to wipe and or clean. I would recommend finding some new cleaners.There was a yellow tint to the water that we could not find out why, so we weren’t sure if it was safe to drink or not. The showerhead was at least 7 feet from the floor, making it impossible for a shorter person to reach. My husband is fairly tall and he could reach it but if someone else was there by themselves, they probably wouldn’t be able to reach it. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The remote to the TV was broke. We asked for a replacement and it never got there before we left. Our host was easy to communicate with, but didn’t feel like there was much follow through. Wasn’t comfortable with all the coming and goings of the people from the other attached rentals. A nice big refrigerator, a nice washer and dryer set, and a comfortable bed were the positives of the place. Overall, I would not probably stay here again.

Everything was amazing during our stay. The owner was a great communicator and added some additional amenities during our stay. We cannot say enough positive things about our stay and the owner. Five stars plus!

Naples Christmas to New Years stay

Small appartment good for two of us about ten miles from down town and gulf beaches. We spent most our time exploring the many activities and sights and enjoying the outdoors and Floridaweatherwweather.

VRBO from h*ll

Flooded with waste water in the middle of the night (fecal matter) damaged my clothing and I had to get an emergency hotel during the work week. Traumatic and disappointing. Further, VRBO and the owner refused to refund me. Thank god I booked with Amex and they got my refund. Do not book this place it is literally dangerous

Few days in Naples

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Communication with Alberto was always prompt and he was helpful with some local suggestions. It should be noted that there is a 2nd apartment/unit attached to this property but nothing is shared with the tenants. Just be aware you may bump into the other tenants. The bed was very comfortable but pillows weren't the greatest. Some extra towels such as hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, etc. would have been very useful. The location is also far from any action. This was not an issue for us as we had a rental car but just something to be aware of. Overall we had a nice stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay once again!
