'Perfect location for attending our son's graduation from University of Richmond. Pleasant, walkable neighborhood. Short distance to a grocery, the University, and restaurants. Lots of space, including a formal dining room. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Check in & out was easy. Would stay again.'

'I took two teams (UMASS & JMU) to the college super regional Pickleball tournament. The house was fantastic because it was affordable for college kids (though one needed to be 30 years of age to book it…I exceed that age), it had lots of beds and enough bathrooms and a kitchen. I recommend getting there in the daylight hours because it is a little off the beaten path and dark when you arrive but it was perfect fit for our needs - great hospitality! 'We stayed at the house for a long weekend for our son’s lacrosse game at The University of Richmond. The house was clean and was exactly as pictured. The fire pit in the back was a nice plus and we really liked the lights above it. The house was close to many stores and an easy ride to other locations in Richmond.'
