'Room was great and location was great for where I was going. Parking right outside room.
Hairdryer was broken which I left beside the rubbish bin, and fridge froze all my food, but they may not have been told this information prior. Would stay again'

'The rooms met the old-world charm expected of a hotel of its age. The food and staff were both fantastic & welcoming, with the added advantage of booking meals & drinks to my room. Recommended as the place to stay in Wanganui. '

'We started our NZ vacation here after landing in Christchurch and it was the perfect start. The pub served wonderful appetizers and desserts. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the bay--great for settling in and relaxation. The pool was cooler than I hoped. Breakfast is self-serve with limited but thoughtful options. Sharing facilities wasn't a problem, but there weren't many other guests during our stay. Staff was warmly welcoming and very accommodating. '
