'Staff were helpful with a late check in. 95% clean and tidy. Unplugged the noisy bar fridge and the shower connection to the wall does not have long for this world, other than that no complaints. '

'We really enjoyed our stay at the Rutland Arms Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Located in the heart of the town, the hotel itself oozed character and our room had lovely view of the tower on the hill. The pub was a lovely place to dine and relax, and the food was lovely.'

'Yes bar was good but cleanliness and amenities were not dirty bathrooms toilet seats are yellow. The wifi DOES NOT work at all even on a phone it doesnt work. they charged me $30 usd for a key that i 100% put back in the box and it wasnt damaged or anything… scammers imo when the wifi doesnt work and then you also take more money after ive been gone for 1 week is crazy.'
