'Ideal location for visiting Kyoto. Entrance to the most useful subway line is right across the hotel at a 2 minute walk. Rooms are extremely spacious, about the biggest we ever had for this price. Subway prices are very cheap, around €5,- for a day pass. Located next to the international Convention Centre in a very good area. Also lots of shop within a 10 min. walk.'

'Great location in Arashiyama! Not so much amenities such as gym, restaurant and etc., but this is not what we needed here. Clean, comfortable, spacious room made the stay very convenient and nice. Would love to come back!'

'Very spacious rooms, conveniently located and the staff were amazing! I just wanted to say a special thank you to Nao and Nanae who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. My wife was travelling pregnant at the time of our stay and they did anything and everything to accommodate her. They even folded up some very beautiful origami with a personalized note wishing her and the baby good health. We both felt so at home at this hotel and it will be our go to stay every time in Kyoto!'

'This is a great hotel and we loved staying here. This hotel is unfortunately in an area that attracts the tourists that create a lot of the current tourism struggles in Japan. They come for the high end brand shops in the area, do not care for Japanese culture and will not try to fit in.'
