'Customer service was beyond amazing. They responded immediately. We stayed the first night of the winter storm, January 2026. They were very accommodating with early check in/out due to weather. The room was clean, super cute and within 5 minutes of our event. We were traveling with our dog, and the room came with pet bowls. I wish we would have been able to enjoy the court yard. I would highly recommend this place and will stay again. '

'The apartment was spotless. The heating was great! I went during the beginning of the record breaking snowstorm. The shower was sublime — perfectly appointed apartment for travel. The city was amazing and the coffee at Daydreamer was sublime. All the restaurants nearby are so good and cute! Recommend Geraldine’s for brunch as well. The pool area was beautiful (next time I’ll have to go when it’s not closed) and the gym has separated areas for spinning, yoga, and actual workout machines. Truly a...

'This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a welcoming atmosphere. There is a bar and restaurant on site and the bar was quite lively for a Monday night when we arrived. Our room featured a large soaking tub, tons of space, and spectacular views of the Texas Hill Country. Would highly recommend Hotel Viata to anyone staying in the Austin area. '

'We had a wonderful time celebrating and relaxing. The room was spacious and clean. We had a balcony overlooking lake Travis. The staff was great from check in to check out they made sure we were comfortable. The bar had a variety of drinks and wonderful music playing. Thank you to everyone at Lakeway Resort and Spa for giving us a wonderful stay.'
