'My husband and I had a great time!! It was paradise, the room is incredibly clean and easy to use. We loved the multiple pools and beach option during the day. The service at the Ritz is amazing. Also, the town of Key Biscayne is so fun to walk around. Tammy was very responsive and was able to give us an early check in, which we so appreciated!! We will be back!'

'Communication was excellent. The lights in one of the rooms stopped working and the owner came right away to fix it. Great location in a great neighborhood at a walking distance from Las Olas Boulevard. We woke up one day to workers coming into the yard and it made us feel abit uncomfortable. A heads up would have definitely been appreciated. Would definitely come back ! '

'Great place for a stay in midst of the Art Deco SouthBeach! Along Ocean Drive and only few steps away from the beach this location is perfect. The place itself is nicely decorated and comfortable and you really feel like coming home with all amenities and comfort. It is also quiet eventho many restaurants and bars are nearby. 'Our stay was good. The condo's location is great for its proximity to the beach and has beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. My family & I had a restful stay. Occasionally we heard loud noises from the AC or other places in the building, but that could be expected staying in a building that size. 'I stayed here for 5 days over the holiday weekend. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was outstanding! You walk across the street and you're right there on the boardwalk. I specifically choose this place so I could be walking distance to the beach and restaurants and it did not disappoint! My room was perfect for just me and came with a mini kitchen - full sized fridge with 3 trays full of ice cubs in the freezer, a microwave, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. 'The hotel is nice. Staff really friendly. The coffee in the bar/restaurant is very very good. The bus (bus 150) at the airport stops in front of the hotel. On the busstop there are several busses that goes to all places you want to visit during your stay in Miami. The room was nice but not quiet. You can hear a lot but for us that wasn't a problem. I like a hard bed, this bed was very very soft, so that a personal preference. '
