It's one of the best deals around fort lauderdale. It's safe, adheres to regulations, everyone minds their business, managers are responsive and kind. It's not a motel size, more like an airbnb, private room, 2 shared baths, easy walk to store or commute lines. Perfect for a layover.'

'This property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update the pictures are very deceiving. The sheets weren’t clean. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The washing machine looked filthy and the dryer wasn’t operational.'
