'Great spot and location to Austin'

'I enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend thank you so much for the hospitality it was easy and very much worth it'

'We had a nice stay at this property. It was conveniently located near the University, and checking in and checking out was straight-forward. I expected the area to be noisy at night due to the nearby campus, but was pleasantly surprised that it was actually very quiet during our stay. We did not use the kitchen very much so I cannot comment on that, but overall it was a great fit for us over a weekend visit, especially since we could bring our dog with us.'

'Perfection for dog lovers: The host has provided a large dog crate with accessories including dog bowls, treats, bags, a dog blanket and a fenced in yard. For the humans there is a beautifully decorated, refurbished house.'

'Home was clean and everything was easy to find! Notes in the house helped a great deal! Neighborhood was quiet and plenty of room for a dog outside.'

'Excellent host and communication. Very peaceful while still in close proximity to campus and the rest of Austin. Very nice back area with a little stream flowing by. Will definitely utilize this host in the future! Excellent!'

'Great host. Great Location.'

'This was a perfect stay for us and our pups. We came into town to celebrate a family members birthday. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a vanity so you put on your makeup while the bathroom is being used. The other rooms were nice and had comfy beds as well. We loved this place it was like being home. Thank you so much!'

'We had a wonderful and cozy stay at Benjamin’s. The house was well equipped and the pool was clean. Highly recommend it.'

'Well equipped rental and the host Anastasia is very responsive. '

'Great place for a weekend of fun'

'Great house Ina great location, very happy staying here for the night '

'We enjoyed the area. It was safe, quiet, and conveniently located. The house was as described with king-sized memory foam beds in each of the 2 bedrooms. Check in was incredibly easy. Communication was great. My only complaint about the property is that there was some black mildew in the shower. The rest of the house was clean.'
