'Worst hotel experience of my entire life!
I was in town for a Texas Longhorn football game. I paid for a reservation the night of October 31. My fiancé and myself arrived at the hotel about 1 pm. Game time was 6:30 p.m. Was told it was too early to check in because the rooms were not ready. I had our luggage with us. I told the staff I would be back after the game and left my luggage at the hotel.
When I returned from the game about 12:15 Sunday morning I was told the hotel was full and...

Nice, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Easy parking in their garage (they give you a permit to display on your dash). Good breakfast. Only 2 donwsides I can think of: 1. the breakfast ends too early (10am would be better) and we were there for 16 nights and our room was never fully cleaned. We had to request it (and they seemed to be surprised by my request) and even then only the sheets were changed. They didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom. I don't know about you but at home I don't go...

Nice hotel with friendly staff, we had a very good stay until thunderstorms hit the location. Luckily no damage but the hotel didn’t do the necessary repairs so we had no warm water no electricity and no internet for about 14 hrs

Top verblijf, vooral de service van Ceasar en de frontdesk medewerkers die de ochtend/beginmiddag shift deed. Ook complimenten aan het schoonmaak team.
