'There was a small issue with the light in the bathroom. I let the gentleman at the counter know about it and he was able to quickly switch us to another room. We also had to wait on a ride after our checkout and after returning our rental car. We were wed to wait in the lobby until our ride arrived. Staff was more than willing to help out and made our stay there very welcoming and was a pleasure. Would stay there again without hesitation. '

'Nice experience '

'We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

'Er waren wegenwerken (stof in de lucht), en het hotel bleek te liggen vlakbij een soort drukke baan/autostrade-toestanden. Tevens trok het ontbijt op niks : een gesuikerde wafel. De ontbijt stoelen waren in de inkomhal, en het waren plastieken goedkope tuinstoelen. Veel goedkoper konden ze 't duidelijk niet doen.'
