'We arrived at 6:00 PM to check in, but our room was not ready—despite the official check-in time being 4:00 PM. We were not placed in a room until after 9:00 PM. To make matters worse, the pool water looked incredibly cloudy and lacked proper maintenance. Navigating the hotel was also highly frustrating; the surrounding area is under heavy construction, and there is no clear signage explaining how to enter the parking lot. Getting in and out of the property was incredibly confusing.'

'I liked everything about the room. The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful. The coffee maker was top notch. I do have one suggestion about the breakfast though, Kindly add some turkey bacon or sausages (No pork) to the breakfast buffet. Other than that I have zero complaints. Thank you.'

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'I booked two rooms for my extended family. The king suite where my husband and I stayed was perfect. Love the locking bedroom door in the king bedroom, spacious bathroom and large loving area with pull out couch for our son. The second room, a double queen, had some issues. The first night, the key did not work and the toilet barely flushed. We had her reprogram the keys and it worked. The next morning, the toilet did not work at all and the key once again wasn’t working. We choose this...

'Great food, drinks, pool, rooms, staff, free parking … I have nothing bad to say!!! Loved it!'

'Smells everywhere. Room and linens (pillow) smell like BO and sweat in two rooms. Hallway smells like weed. Horrible wet powder eggs breakfast. Staff was nice but need to be more proactive when they are not sitting around eating in lobby which they seemed to constantly be doing'
