'The location is unique and the hotel is a refined and updated classic. I've been coming here for about 25 years off and on and still love this hotel. My only disappointment this last visit is that I asked for a room with a view. Since it's summer and I was on a lower floor, the only "view" was of the trees across the street. If a great view is important to you, perhaps make the reservations in person, not online. '

'We stay in the Berkley when visiting Richmond. The hotel is pleasant and has a charm about it. Very good location for dining and seeing the sites. The hotel is going through an upgrade which is due as the carpeting in our room needed changing. We will continue to visit this establishment as it works for us. '
