Luxe loft appartement dicht bij de Norfolk Broads en kust

Oak View Loft is een luxe schuilplaats op slechts vijf minuten rijden van de prachtige stranden van Sea Palling en op 10 minuten van de dichtstbijzijnde breed in Stalham. De zelfstandige woning ligt op het terrein van ons huis, Stone House Farm met voldoende parkeergelegenheid en is geschikt voor maximaal vier personen. Alle gasten hebben toegang tot de 10 hectare grond, waaronder prachtige bosgebieden waar u kunt ontspannen en het verre gebrul van de zee kunt horen, vogels kunt ervaren of als u geluk heeft, kunt u een aantal soorten herten tegenkomen.
De loftaccommodatie omvat een volledig ingerichte keuken met gaskookplaat, grill, oven, magnetron, koelkast met vriesvak en vaatwasser; open woon / slaapkamer met een kingsize bed, televisie, dvd-speler plus een aparte slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een doucheruimte. Er is een aparte garderobe naast de entreehal op de begane grond. Wij bieden alle handdoeken, beddengoed en strandlakens; gratis toiletartikelen, spelletjes voor kinderen, boeken en dvd's; boeken, een welkomstpakket met vers zelfgebakken brood, boter, melk en sap. Gratis thee, koffie en koekjes. Een kinderbed, kinderstoel en bed bewaker zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar.

Great Holiday

Marianne & Jonathan were very welcoming & friendly, as were their two doggies.The loft was lovely, it had everything we needed, along with a quiet garden space & 10 acres to walk around.The location for us was perfect. Also had nice local pubs for meals. Air con was a definite plus, as weather was very hot.All in all a great time & stay & will definitely visit again in the future.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Found exactly the right place to relax in. With the Coast and the Broads right on the doorstep there was lots to do. Some great walking, seal watching, wildlife boat trips, gardens and broads history there was plenty to do. Our host guided us on the best places to visit and had a lovely 10 acre garden to explore. The flat was ideal and had everything we needed, well equipped.

Wonderful setting

Wonderful property. As well as a private garden the owners 10 acres of woodland, grassed areas and stream with all sorts of wildlife are there to enjoy. It is also a good base to explore the area. Ideal for a really relaxing holiday.

Lovely week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well designed, comfortable property. Lovely welcome from Mariannne with homemade bread and cookies and a bottle of wine. Beautiful grounds and walks through the woods down to the water. Very peaceful at night (only very slight drawback was that we found the road outside could be noisy at peak times when the windows were open). Nice pub, The Star, to eat at in Lessingham. We would definitely return.

A cosy two bedroom loft just perfect for our stay. Marianne and Jonathan are dream hosts....lovely friendly couple who were very helpful and good to talk with. Marianne's welcome wine and brownies are a treat!..gorgeous sea palling beach only 10 minutes away..and quaint towns, and seaside tours to Yarm and Cromer.. Broads of course for boating tours were just extra ordinary..We'd love to be back to stay here again!

Stunning Rural Retreat

Our first visit to Norfolk so we were unsure of what to expect. But we arrived to the most stunning property. And lovely greeting by the hosts! Fresh warm bread and cake on arrival. The grounds are absolutely stunning. The children loved the outdoor space and trampoline.. and close proximity to several beaches/trips out. Much needed relaxing break! Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing get away.

Loved staying here. Lovely light space, lovely private garden and grounds. Everything we could possibly need was here. Really appreciated the wine, milk and homemade bread and loved the butter so much I will be swapping to that brand in future! Great location for exploring the north Norfolk broads

The property is in the grounds of the hosts but you are not overlooked or disturbed. I came to kayak and to walk. The launch at Sutton staithes is only a few miles away as is hickling broad. There is plenty of secure parking to leave a boat if you go out walking. Their woods are open to you and are beautifully tranquil. It’s compact too which felt especially good as I was holidaying alone due to covid restrictions.

- Really prompt and friendly communication via the app prior to arrival. - Cleanliness of the property was faultless. - Be aware that the master bed is in the main living space, not a problem, but I would think it would be fairly cramped if 4 people stayed in this accomodation. There is also limited storage space. - The outside sitting area and space is a big positive.

Highly recommended!

I stayed here for 4 nights with my 2 children, and we had a wonderful time. The accommodation was sparkling clean, really comfortable and finished to a very high standard throughout. An amazing place.

The owners are really friendly and left some essentials including wine in the fridge. The loft was clean and very well equipped. The woodland gardens were just awesome, packed with wildlife and a very relaxing place to wander around. The area is great for walking, cycling and kayaking. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable, relaxing stay.

Compact well designed and comfortable accomodation, plenty of room for a couple. Also has a bedroom that sleeps two, suitable for children, probably a bit cosy for 2 more adults. Beautiful grounds and close to country walks, beaches and NT properties. Also has a games room which we utilised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
