This beautiful house of 150m² and 1000 m² of land is located 15 minutes by car from the 1st beaches and 10 minutes from St Gilles Croix de Vie. It's an ideal place to gather with family or friends.

- An indoor pool (dimensions 4x8m - depth approx. 1m40) heated year-round with deckchairs and large picture windows opening onto a terrace. The pool is located between the house and the outbuilding. You have to cross the pool area to access the outbuilding.

An exterior comprising a large garden and 3 terraces all around the house (1000 m² of land):

- Garden furniture, a large table with ten chairs, a brick barbecue, outdoor games (boules and molky) & 1 parasol;
- A small table with 4 chairs on the terrace level of the outbuilding.
