'Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service...'

'11 days in a great condo! Very well-appointed and furnished. Anything/everything you might need or want is there. I’ve stayed in high-end condos that were not as well stocked! Any appliance or “thing” you might need is here, we could have packed lighter. Very clean, nice furnishings, towels, etc. While we did not take advantage of any of the property amenities (pool, courts, etc) they all looked very nice. Host was very responsive, all while being in Asia on vacation himself.'

'We had a poor experience with the check in process, the management company needs to work on improving communication. The door code supplied did not work… we called Vacasa and 45 minutes or so later, we got supplied with the lockbox code and used that key to get in. It was inconvenient having only one key, but the key code box needed to be replaced. When we got inside, the villa was clean and well stocked. -tv in family room did not work and the fan in the master bedroom could not be turned...

The unit was well tastefully decorated and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and beach supplies. We enjoyed the location. It was close to beach, National and State Parks. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby..'

'Wonderful property, right on the water. Steps away from the pier where there is excellent fishing. Walking distance to downtown and a short bike ride to Flagler Avenue district. Lots to do in New Smyrna Beach. Loved our stay.'

'There was no front desk to check in or out. And we really liked being able to just go straight up to the room when we arrived and when our stay was over to just make sure keys were left and door was locked. We would for sure stay here again and plan on booking for a few weeks out with our kids.'
