'Great themes to these A frames. Clean and well stocked. Great TV channel selection. One and only complaint is y’all need to do something about the shortage of hot water!! The bathtub is huge but we just could not fill the thing up. I waited the advised 20-25 minutes but the water went cold after a few minutes. We had an amazing experience otherwise and will definitely try out a different theme next time!'

'This was a fun villa to rent. The teens enjoyed the decor and all the little decorative details. I liked having both a keurig and a kettle for hot water; the kitchen had all the basics for cooking for the crew. All bedrooms are upstairs and bathroom is downstairs- a little tricky for middle of the night visits. Owners are very responsive and the location is great!. I would definitely recommend this place!'

'The good: *all in on the pirate theme -- all fixtures and fittings, including a lifesize pirate dude on the upper bedroom deck that startled me about 5 times. *Centrally located in Ocean Shores -- if you love Ocean Shores, it's walkable to beach and restaurants. *price point is favorable *tastefully updated -- I'd guess the A-frame was built 50+ years ago, but floors, paint, kitchen, etc. are all new and in great shape. *if you've got little kids and it's warm, lots of play stuff in the shared...

'Upon arrival, it was obvious that it wasn’t ran through for a touch up cleaning same date of arrival. We had a dead field mouse in the master tub and ants all over the kitchen counter. The bathrooms need serious updating, decks need to be painted, she just needs some love. It’s a cool place, we had a great time. If you put about 10k for some upgrades, it would be a more pleasurable stay for your future guests.'

'I happened to book this hotel by chance. Our schedule was delayed and they were able to accommodate a change with no problem. The property was quiet, the room huge and comfy, the grounds beautiful. We walked down to the beach daily, enjoyed the hot tub, and the location to other things around town. The only bummer was our fire place only worked on the first evening and not the rest of the days there. If not for that I’d give it 5 stars. '
