'We were lucky enough to find this home in the heart of everywhere we needed to be. Wedding was at The Sandbar… 7 minute walk. Cindy’s house was spotless and thank god had enough coffee for us the first morning. Plenty of towels too! Very nice. Thank you for being exactly as promissed.'

The cottage was very nice, extremely clean (didn't see a single bug, which is rare in FL), and comfortable for the two of us. We made good use of the available beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes, and appreciated the outside shower to clean off after beach outings. Owner was very responsive. 'The Inn’s accommodations & staff are the definition of hospitality done right. Perfect location - near the beach & short walk to The Village. Our Lookout unit had everything we could possibly need & a nice balcony sitting area. The pool area was beautiful. Also provided all the beach necessities (wagons, chairs, umbrellas, mats). Every single staff member was friendly & helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay. '

'Amazing stay for Spring break 2024. Your cottage was absolutely perfect and we had an amazing time exploring all of beautiful AMI. Loved watching the sunset from the rooftop and having our morning coffee on the back deck. Boys loved the outdoor shower and everything about your cottage was perfect! We can’t wait to come back! We did not have a vehicle and it was very dark in that area for walking thru after dark to get to our place. Several great places within a short walking distance. VRBO was great to deal with for planning our long weekend girls get-a-way for 3 generations.'

'We loved our stay. Everything was perfect. We have 3 kids ages 3-7 and the layout and location was excellent. I also appreciate how clean it was when we arrived. Kitchen is very well stocked and we did most meals at the home. The walk to beach is just across the street. Highly recommend!'

'This VRBO was 10/10! This location is right across the street from the beach, and walking distance to the best restaurants (wicked cantina, gulf shore cafe, daquiri deck) & the AMOB pier! Maria was a very good communicator. Also met (what I’m assuming) her husband. He was cleaning up around the property & was a very nice man. The VRBO itself was so cute and the perfect size for 2. This would have been helpful when opening the door to alarms 🚨 going off, and to only find, we had to disengage the front door alarm at each entry & exit. Note; the garage is located on the backside on a tiny road. The house seemed pretty clean but floors & couches could use a deep clean, maybe even air fresheners in the house. Kitchen...

'Great location in crescent beach. Beach is literally a 3 minute walk where you can rent 2 sunbeds and a umbrella, beach is lovely. The captiva is a lovely set of apartments on one level very clean with everything you need. The captiva is within a village like area lovely and clean great location and you can get the free trolley into the vibrant village area. Would highly recommend staying at the captiva.'
