'Bij 1 van de badkamers was het bad/douche onbruikbaar omdat er een lekkage uit het plafond kwam. Keuken was behoorlijk incompleet, er waren geen pannen en nauwelijks kookgerei. De beheerder hebben we hierop gewezen en deze heeft dagelijks aanvulling beloofd en excuses gemaakt. Uiteindelijk is de keuken nooit aangevuld geweest en hebben we alle dagen buiten de deur moeten eten.'

'The apartment is very nice and very clean. It is a well maintained gated complex and extremely easy to go back and forth to MD Anderson. There are plenty of restaurants within an easy driving distance as well. Owner was very prompt to respond to any questions and provides little things that you may forget! Just a reminder to those that are not use to downtown city traffic noise (like us!), the tram does run next to the apartment. Thankfully, we brought a fan so it faded out the traffic noise and...

'This was a fun experience! Honestly, once you get inside, you don’t notice that the space is small. It’s perfect for two people who need a place to crash in the evening. Property management was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. One tip, don’t turn off the air conditioner. If you get too cold, just turn it down a bit. We stayed in the storage container in July and it turned into an oven within minutes. I had completely forgotten that I was in a metal box.Ha!'
