'The house is spacious and beautiful. The pool was refreshing. We were grateful for the free WiFi and free parking. We truly enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions: Better communication to the security guards about guests coming would help. Many of the guards were not even aware of this property, and none of them spoke English. 'We had a great time at the Mayan Breeze Villa. We had 14 family members staying, 6 were kids 14 and under and they had a great time in the pool. It was a great pool for our family. The inside was big and spacious, very comfortable. '

'We had an amazing stay at Villa Eden on Cozumel. It was our first time coming to the island and rather than staying at a touristy hotel we chose to stay at a home and it really did feel like a house. 'The house was in a great location, within walking distance of various stores, restaurants, and the beach. Parking was easy and the pool was great! Little hot water for showers and some hard mattresses, but overall it worked very well for our 5-person family. '
