'This was a perfect little spot for a family of four. We explored Santa Cruz and the beaches and also all of the surrounding areas. It’s a no frills and comfortable, clean spot to post up. As mentioned, a little road noise but in passing all of the local hotels, I feel like it would be similar wherever you stay!'

'The spot was super clean, easy to access, had a great yard for dogs, and was exactly what we needed for a short stay in RWC. The hosts even left a few snacks for guests which was a really nice touch. Would definitely recommend!'

This beautiful, relaxing, and stunning carriage house is located north of the boardwalk and south of the surf museum and surfers coves. We spent the entire time walking leisurely along the promenade, loving every moment, preparing food from the sweet open kitchen. The place is so cute with outstanding details that felt so completely home and personal. We cannot wait to return ASAP.'

The experience was as much of a private spa as a home stay. The location, property, tiny house, amenities, and Kimberley's attention exuded peaceful luxury. Every detail has been attended to. 'The view was beautiful and the space itself is quiet with a nice layout. It was so much better than staying at a hotel, and if you are hoping to see one of those cool (not so) little banana slugs, they are around here. We saw at least a half dozen large ones with even more babies. The location is also perfect, with stores and restaurants nearby, 40 minutes from San Jose airport, 20 minutes from Santa Cruz boardwalk and 5 minutes from Roaring Camp and Henry Cowell state park. '1. Trouble accessing lockbox. Owner was available to talk me thru it. More instructions needed, as not all lockboxes work the same way 2. No heat! With 40’s temp, I was very cold and the heater did not work. After another phone call to the owner, discovered fuse for unit had been turned off. 3. Coffee makers but no coffee!'

'Kitchen, laundry, snacks machine are all there, very convenient. i like the big fridge in the room. Safe and quiet place to stay there.'

'The couch is not very comfortable for sleeping. The internet was down for our three day stay. Cell service is minimal at best. All that aside, the place is beautiful and the river is a nice teat. Ride the steam train while you are there.'
