Parsons Villas is een managementbedrijf dat wordt beheerd door een familie en onlangs het 2018 # 1 Luxury Vacation Rental-bedrijf in Scottsdale (AZ Foothills Magazine) heeft gekregen. Wij bezitten verschillende van onze huizen en zijn persoonlijk geïnvesteerd in elke zorgvuldig uitgekozen villa die we beheren. Met meer dan 500, 5-sterrenrecensies, stellen we de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen op. Alle woningen zijn inclusief conciërgediensten, verwarmde zwembaden / spa's, putting greens en meer. Al onze huizen bevinden zich op vooraanstaande locaties en zijn met passie ontworpen. Veel van onze huizen zijn volledig gerenoveerd met alle gloednieuw meubilair en beddengoed. Hidden gem in Scottsdale

My family and I enjoyed our stay! We were unsure how it was going to be being surrounded by apartments and a busy street, but the area was surprisingly very quiet. I loved the design and feel of the home. It was close to a bunch of shopping and food places. My kids had a blast in the pool, pool table, and shuffleboard. My only complaint (but I will mention it didn’t affect our stay) would be that the owners need to fix a few spaces. The ceiling in the master needs to be fixed, the master bathroom underneath the tub has an open area, and theres a decent sized hole behind the tv in the master. Again, it didn’t affect our stay but these things should be addressed. We fully enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

A Premium Experience!

A truly amazing place to stay! We had a group of 13 adults in town for a birthday and it was a flawless experience. From the pool & outside amenities, to the game room, to the fact everyone comfortably had a bed with their own bathroom, it was a perfect place to stay. Location is ideal and property team was accessible. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

We had 10 of us staying at this property and it was so great that everyone had their own bedroom and bathrooms. The space was great for us to have family game times and also watch movies in the great/game room. We really enjoyed the stay and it was close to old town Scottsdale.

Property was beautiful, spacious and clean. Great location. We requested and paid for pool heater, however the pool wasn't heated. We didn't think that would be a problem with the high temps AZ has had. However, the pool was very cold. So I would definitely recommend getting the pool heated and insuring that it's done.

Amazing Property

We stayed for a long weekend with 16 guys, and the property was perfect! It had enough space for everyone to hang out & relax in, and never felt like it was over-crowded. The location was perfect! It was far enough from the Old Town area without having to deal with the business that comes with the nightlife, but close enough to get there and back without hassle. Next time we come to Scottsdale we will be staying here again!

Amazing House Close to Everything!

Our large group had an unforgettable stay at the Wild West Estate. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The open-concept living area is perfect for entertaining, and the kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals. The outdoor area is an oasis in the desert, with a stunning pool and plenty of lounge space. The location is perfect for golfers, with several world-class courses nearby and it's just a short drive to enjoy the amazing nightlife that downtown Scottsdale offers. I highly highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing vocational rental.

Beautiful House

This house was beautiful and nicely decorated as the pictures show. It was great for our couples trip and we enjoyed the big space. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The pool was great and the location was near everything. With that said there were a couple things that were not so great. One of the room’s air conditioning barely pumped any air out and with the high temperatures outside made it completely unusable. The maintenance did come out and try a couple things but was sadly unsuccessful. Also, there was a $200 an hour fee to check in early or $150 fee for bag drops. In our experience , most owners offer flexibility with this so long as it’s ready as it’s hard to time flights. Those are the only 2 things I would say but overall great place to stay!

Property is amazing and is exactly as described. It was nice to have everything from unlocking the door to house rules and process on an app. Great backyard with a great pool. We only had one issue with the casita but the management team was there within 30 minutes to help us out.

This was such a great property. There were 10 of us in my group and this was more than enough space for everyone to feel very comfortable. Everyone except for the couples got their own room/bed and most had private bathrooms with only 3 people needing to share. There was also one communal bathroom near the kitchen which had a full shower so there was more than enough facilities for everyone to feel very comfortable. The living room/game room off the kitchen was especially nice because it gave us a great space to hang out that was separated enough from the bedrooms where folks that wanted to turn in early were not bothered by the group that stayed up later to play games and socialize. The pool and outdoor kitchen area is where we spent most of our time and I can't say enough about how amazing this space was. There were outdoor fridges to keep our drinks cold and was a great shaded area to get a break from the sun when needed. The only small suggestion I could make was to keep the bocce balls in a small container of some kind when they're not in use because the summer sun heated them up so much it was impossible to play. They were like holding hot coals! It was not a big deal tho as there were plenty of other things for us to do! There also weren't any dish towels in the kitchen, but we just picked up 2 at Walmart to use during our stay. Everything was spectacular and I have already recommended this property to a friend who will be traveling to the area later this year!

Perfect

The house was beautiful! The front door is stunning. All the rooms were very clean. Loved the bathroom amenities. The house was decorated beautifully. Kitchen was stocked nicely. The pool was so nice and fun to have a swim up bar! The only problem was that our stay came to an end. We loved it and wanted to live there. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!!!!!

Great stay.

My friends and I visited town for a bachelor party and stayed here. It had everything we needed and it was a great set up. Given the amount of people and devises the wifi was a little spotty but overall a great experience. We Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful amenities, great for groups

We had a bachelorette party at the villa and had an amazing time. The house was well equipped with lots of activities and a well stocked kitchen, and there were plenty of bathrooms for each bedroom. The outdoor space in particular was incredibly well designed and easy to use! A few items I wish were different: Pullout couch in the master was not a true futon, just some cushions that 2 girls had to share No trash cans in the casita rooms No on-call support after 9-5 working hours No vacuum / limited cleaning supplies The team was attentive and helpful during working hours though! We had an amazing stay and would recommend it for any bachelorette party!
