Mooi en ontspannend huis met veel zon op het sprankelende verwarmde privézwembad in dit afgelegen toevluchtsoord in het hart van Surprise Arizona. Loop naar Trader Joe's, of Starbucks of een van de vele, vele restaurants in de buurt! Of neem de meegeleverde golfkar!

Deze 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, is subtiel zuidwestelijk en mooi ingericht met de moderne upgrades - granieten toonbanken, comfortabele bedden, flatscreen-tv's, wifi, Wii-spelsysteem, lederen meubels en privacy in de achtertuin terwijl je zwemt of lounge bij de zwembad. Dit huis grenst aan een groene gordel voor extra rust. Bedden zijn inclusief 1 kingsize bed, 1 queensize bed en 2 tweelingen. Er is een aparte woonkamer ideaal om te lezen en te ontspannen. De keuken staat open voor de eet- en familiekamer en is voorzien van roestvrijstalen apparaten, direct warm water en alle borden, potten, pannen, enz. Die nodig zijn om thuis te koken.

De grote slaapkamer kijkt uit op het zwembad en heeft gewelfde plafonds. Alle slaapkamers hebben plafondventilatoren en nieuwere travertin tegels door het hele huis maakt het koel en comfortabel.

Uw vakantie in dit huis omvat 2 fietsen, dobbers voor het zwembad, een barbecue en een golfkar, evenals tennisrackets voor een bezoek aan het Surprise Tennis- en racketcomplex op slechts 5 minuten afstand op de Surprise Recreation Campus - ook de thuisbasis van Spring Training voor Major League Texas Rangers en Kansas City Royals van Baseball. Wandelen is slechts 15 minuten in het White Tank Mountain Regional Park en Lake Pleasant ligt op 30 minuten rijden met vissen, bootverhuur, jetski's, paddle-boards en Flyboarding voor de meest avontuurlijke! En natuurlijk zijn veel golfbanen op slechts enkele minuten afstand.

Sneeuwvogels, gezinnen en zakenreizigers kunnen allemaal genieten van dit huis op 10 minuten van Highway 303 en 15 minuten. naar de 101 voor gemakkelijke toegang tot centraal Phoenix.

Christmas Family Getaway

Perfect house for a relaxing holiday. Honestly can’t complain about anything- the house was that nice. Had four of us but my parents came over during the day (their snowbird rental isn’t big enough for all of us) and there was plenty of room for all to hang. Backyard is wonderful, too. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed as was all the seating. Perfect for relaxing with a book. Already shared listing with others in my family

Beautiful Surprise!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home which is located near many restaurants and shopping areas. This home is exceptionally clean and I appreciate that very much. It is a 3 bedroom home with a heated pool and hot tub. It is an excellent choice for families or couples.

Great in Surprise

This was the nicest home we’ve rented. The pictures and description were excellent, but seeing it was above our expectations. The house is beautifully furnished and very clean. We had all the amenities we could need. The location was close to many restaurants and easy to access roads to further destinations The pool, new hot tub and fire pit were all enjoyable.. Sandy was easy to communicate with and helpful. Would love to stay again when in the area.

Our month's stay here was great! The house is bright, well-equipped and functional. Location is great for Spring training, Luke Air Force base, hiking and shopping. The heated pool was a nice bonus. We highly recommend this house and owner!

My wife and I just spent two weeks at this home. I will attest what all the other reviewers have already stated: This home has it all. It was clean, well maintained, in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space in back was just as the pictures depicted. We could have easily stayed a month or more if time would have allowed and would definitely be back. Sandy should be proud that she has offered such a great place to stay while visiting Arizona. No surprises! Just a very memorable vacation.

Quiet and relaxing

The streets of Surprise are golf cart friendly, but mostly we walked to wherever we wanted to go locally. There are many malls within walking distance, including Walmart being the closest. This house is well decorated with quality furniture and the kitchen is extremely functional. We had great nights of sleep and this may have been the quietest neighbourhood I've ever stayed overnight at. This owner adds some nice personal touches for her guests. I found her communication great [although there was nothing we needed to request] and fair in her dealings with me.

The home was perfect. In a nice/safe area, on a quiet street, but still close to anything you needed; shopping centers and multiple restaurants within one-half mile. House was immaculate, the pool was clean/heated, and the pool deck had been recently refinished. A perfect home away from home, and would definitely stay there again the next time I'm in the Phoenix region. Sandy was very responsive and personable in her communication. Highly recommend this home/renting from her if you're in the area!

Surprise Retreat #739409: Excellent place to stay, clean and well maintained.

Sandy has a terrific home for your visit, everything was as stated on the web site, perfect for two couples or a family with such a private pool and back yard. The location has everything close at hand including all the major big box stores, great restaurants and the Irish Wolf Hound for a pub night out. The house and yard were in perfect condition and all kitchen equipment was great . The area seemed very safe and most of the local services are new. Couldn't have been better - a true home from home.

We have stayed at many private rental properties but this was definitely the best! The house is a true home from home and has everything you need. The area is great, quiet but close to everything you need. Surprise is a good location to reach other destinations as well - we visited Las Vegas, Sedona and the Grand Canyon (definitely recommend the hike into the Canyon and visiting Sedona). A much needed rest after Vegas and the weather was perfect in February for our winter sun fix. Sandy was great to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful or responsive. Overall a definite 5 star recommendation - you can't go wrong with this house - we will be back!

Dealing with the owner was a real pleasure! She was so helpful and accommodating! The house is immaculate and so very comfortable! Everything was perfect! What we liked best was that our boys had separate rooms, which works out best for our family. We plan on staying there every time we go back to Phoenix!

Great location! Spotless home with hot tub, pool, barbeque and bicycles

Spent 4 days at this location while visiting my mother at a nearby retirement center. This property was immaculate! Interior was very comfortable and functional for the 4 of us staying there. We grilled on the barbecue twice and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and even spices that we would have otherwise had to purchase. Nice coffee maker and filters,( again, no need to make that extra trip to the store ).Cozy patio for lounging and a nice hot tub that was well maintained. Did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked inviting and should be great for the warmer months. 5 out of 5 stars; surpassed our expectations. Property handbook was very well done and concise.
