'The hotel is brand new and everything is spick and span. The rooms are very nice and clean. Staff was friendly, we slept great. The one thing that surprise me was the number of electrical outlets. All the hotels we have been to never have outlets available. Wonderful place, we will be back.'

'Clean place and friendly helpful staff. Only reason I gave them a 4 was for a door to use when coming in after 4 pm doesnt work with key card. Otherwise easy 5. Very adequate soap and towels etc. Next to freeway, meaning maybe 3/8 of a mile away with no noise associated to it. No restaurant, but there's a Del taco within walking distance. Gave me a great price to !! I'll definetly stay there again. Ac was perfect, not to hot or cold with clean smelling air coming out so the filters are clean...

'Charging for parking. I have never stayed at a place, a Hampton Inn that I have had to pay for parking. Especially when you don't have that kind of money.
The breakfast was amazing but at every Hampton Inn I have been to, people are very disrespectful and loading up plates of breakfast, leaving everything EMPTY. So it is the people that stay at these hotels, are very disrespectful and make a mess, take all the food, and then some places the kitchen staff will not refill it. Even if it's before...

'Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time. I would stay here if I needed to for a day but I have had better experiences at other local hotels in the area. '

'We stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
The problems started at check-in. The front desk staff was rude, and we had to wait about 40 minutes because of an issue in their system. We were exhausted after traveling and had a small child who was tired and ready to sleep.
From the beginning, the hotel did not want to give us the room type we had booked through Expedia. The listing showed a room with a balcony, and that was the room I reserved....
