'Peaceful and beautiful'

'This was a last minute staycation and they were more than accommodating even allowing for a late checkout so we can enjoy the beach the next day. Brigit was out check in agent and she was sooo nice and informative. There was also a male and female room attendant and we didnt get their names but so welcoming and had a smile. Everything was so nice and clean towels actually smell good and we're folded so nicely throughout the unit. We will definitely be booking again.'

'Make sure you don’t mess up on your dates. They will not refund you even if you reach out weeks ahead and when you arrive that you will be leaving early. Even a day early. The balconies are slim and can’t put a chair straight on the 6th floor but the view is incredible. It has character due to its age but they are updating it. Pool is not heated and whirlpool is mediocre. But the benefits of the area outweigh all the negative. Have stayed here multiple times without any problems. Lots of fun...

'The property is beautiful, comfortable beds, and condo was spacious. We had a small problem with our freezer door not closing all the way, but since we didn’t have kids traveling with us (with ice cream, popsicles, etc) it wasn’t a huge problem- the bar was great about refilling our ice! Great location, clean, and friendly staff. Thanks for a great trip!'

'This place is amazing looking just like the pictures. In walking distance to lots of restaurants but then away from the hustle and the bustle of the night life for a quiet nights. Beach was right there and absolutely beautiful!!! Definitely will be back !!'

'Had everything we needed for a quick weekend holiday. We were close and walkable To everything and easy to navigate property. My only feedback would be the gym hours. It was only open 9am-9pm which was inconvenient. A 7-7 schedule would be much better. Otherwise great!'

'The property is nice. The room was a little small but clean. Everyone was very nice. The description however for the room I stayed in said partial ocean view room. There was no ocean view at all. AND yes it has beach access but you have to walk FAR through beach sand which is very tiring. '

'Very nice apartment, great view, short drive to the beaches. We went to Sand Key, very beautiful beach. Good wifi. You can eat something downstairs at the pool. It is very convenient that you can do your laundry.'

'Property was as stated. The condo was clean and as described. I had a slight issue with the condo door code, but the property management was quick to fix the issue. In-unit laundry was very convenient. Property was close to many bars, shops, and restaurants, which was nice, so we could walk instead of driving around. Kitchen was well equipped, as promised. King bed was extremely comfortable. Overall stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.'

'We loved everything The Avalon had to offer. Perfect location to the beach and quick walk to downtown area and restaurants.'

'The weather cooperated very nicely. We were able to go to many of the restaurants and entertainment just by walking. John's pass is a fun place to go shopping, eating and of course people watching. Our dog enjoyed herself too. We took her with us many times. The area is very dog friendly. The pool and grounds are kept up nicely too. Just wish we had an ocean view. The host Debbie is the best , friendly and available when needed. She is very easy to talk to. We will be back for years to come.'

'Hotelshuttle vanuit het hotel goed geregeld. Vriendelijke ontvangst. De suite ruim, maar helaas was het toilet kapot. Gezien late aankomst geen monteur meer aanwezig. Aanbod een andere suite. Gezien dat wij moe waren van de reis en we verbleven er maar 1 nacht, het maar zo gelaten. Zou een extra notitie van gemaakt worden! Helaas volgende ochtend weer opnieuw moeten melden, niets bekend van een notitie!'

'Honestly this had to be one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. The place was clean. A little modern apartment right down town. The only thing I would change would make the water temperature a little hotter. I like hot showers. But overall I can’t wait to stay there again. '

'Mooi hotel in een baai , zwembad plus poolbar , nadeel je had geen strand en je kon niet de zee in allemaal rotsen , op de foto leek dat er een klein strandje was gemaakt en dat je daar het water in kon , helaas was dat niet zo !!!! '
