This substantial property accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 generously sized bedrooms and 5 modern bathrooms, making it ideal for multi-generational holidays or special celebrations. One of the bedrooms, along with a shower room, is conveniently located on the ground floor, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The house is dog-friendly and children are welcome.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are tastefully decorated, offering a mix of king, double, and twin options to suit all group types. The bathrooms are bright and contemporary, featuring walk-in showers, quality fittings, and a family-friendly layout to ensure comfort and convenience for all.

At the heart of the home is a large and stylish kitchen, fully equipped for sociable cooking and dining. It features a premium SMEG range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and everything else you might need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. We offer pricing based on your group size. This means that smaller parties will receive a discounted rate for the use of fewer bedrooms. If you require all bedrooms to be available please book for 12, regardless of your group size. If not, and you are happy to use fewer bedrooms, please book for the number that suit your group - you will be offered your choice of whichever bedrooms you wish, based on your group size (excludes infants - although they will be counted in the group size as the house is licenced to sleep a maximum of 12). The booking system will allow you to book up to 12 people (including adults, children and infants).No extra people are permitted to visit the property during your stay other than those booked. Children/infants must be included in the booking details.

If you book for up to 6 - 3 double occupancy rooms will be made available with 3 bath/shower rooms
If you book for 7 or 8 - 4 double occupancy 4 bath/shower rooms.
If you book for 9 or 10 - 5 double occupancy rooms will be made available with 5 bath/shower rooms.
If you book for 11 or 12 - 5 double occupancy rooms and 5 shower/bath rooms.
