Duurzame hotels in Playa del Carmen

'The activities group is great and a lot of fun at the main pool. The golden pool has an amazing staff like Miguel. The rooms are clean, all staff is friendly and helpful! Selection of restaurants is great! The elevator in our building #1 didn’t work 98% of the time so walking to the third floor wasn’t fun multiple times a day. '

'Heel vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer, prachtig strand. De kamer is wel wat gedateerd. Het eten is heerlijk (wel enkel a la carte). Jammer van de sargassum maar blijkbaar was het juist een hele slechte periode.'

'Property grounds are well cared for. Room was great! The food is very basic and not even close to the quality you could get in town. Pools were great. Beach was kinda stinky but gorgeous. Overall nice spot for my first all inclusive. The staff was incredible except the folks at the front desk don't truly understand hospitality especially Albierto Solis. He was rude and seemed dead inside. I'll upgrade to a nicer spot next time but it was a great intro to all inclusives. Think Walmart of all...

'Mooie locatie, vriendelijke bediening, goede kwaliteit van het eten en drankjes. Alleen jammer dat het strand aan het hotel zelf erg klein en minder goed gelegen is. Je kan wel naar het strand bij de nabijgelegen hotels die wel mooie stranden hebben, maar dan kan je natuurlijk niet genieten van de barservice.'
