'We loved everything about the resort. It was beautiful. It was clean. The service was excellent. There was a ton of amenities. It never felt busy. Restaurants were easy to get into and the food was great. The only bummer was the ocean and beach, but that’s not the resort’s fault!'

'Very nice hotel but for a property that charges almost $1200 for one night stay in Mexico the amenities and food quality at some restaurants were pretty poor, if this hotel was $500-$600 then it would be a great stay. Bottom line parks are great but food and fun and facilities are lacking nd a lot of things are for extra pay, like for example if you want to order wine after 11pm, it’s not possible, only if you buy a bottle, bottle of Belvedere vodka to the room is $160. There is no pool or beach...

'Heel vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer, prachtig strand. De kamer is wel wat gedateerd. Het eten is heerlijk (wel enkel a la carte). Jammer van de sargassum maar blijkbaar was het juist een hele slechte periode.'
