This studio is thoughtfully designed, featuring an open living area that includes a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. There's also a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.

For added convenience, the property is equipped with a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Nestled in Porto, Poveiros is a vibrant neighbourhood with iconic attractions and bustling life. Stroll along the cobblestone streets and marvel at the city's beauty and history, with landmarks like the renowned Luís I Bridge, the majestic Livraria Lello bookstore, the picturesque Jardins Palácio de Cristal, the magnificent Porto Cathedral, the charming Clérigos Tower and the iconic Ageas Porto Coliseum. Transport links are close too, with the Bolhão and 24 de Agosto stations only a 5-6 minute walk away. Don't forget to take in the breathtaking Chapel of Souls, a must-see attraction on this street.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, 24 de Agosto, is just a 7-minute walk.

The nearest train station, Porto São Bento, is just an 11-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
