'We really enjoyed our stay at Sam's. It was very clean and the perfect location in Seward to enjoy the town. The house is well equipped and comfortable. I would recommend it for a short stay. I know the dated plumbing is mentioned, but flushing the toilet even with one piece of TP makes it gurgle and made us nervous. The shower also did not drain properly.'
