'Our stay started during a blackout, so I can be forgiven for thinking that, at first, I had just entered into a horror movie. But when the lights came back on, my family and I found ourselves in a lovely house. The house is a little bit off the path, but the yard is enormous and also has fruit trees, a starfruit, star apple, and I think one I couldn't identify. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, though one bathroom is literally attached to one of the bedrooms. If you don't mind...

'If you want something quiet besides the joy of listening to the ocean, you have found your place. You mostly have the entire beach to yourself. Just a short drive away from the downtown area of the North Shore.'

We fell asleep each night to the sounds of the waves coming into shore and woke to spectacular sunrises. 'This rental was just ok. It was very close to the beach but had absolutely no views. The rental was cheaply furnished. We didn't spend a lot of time there, really just slept there. A/C worked fine in the bedroom but the living area was warm. The shower was good with plenty of pressure and hot water. It had a washer and dryer which allowed us to wash clothes. It worked for us as a fairly inexpensive place to sleep and bathe just a very short walk (maybe 150 feet) from the beach.'
