We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

This peaceful home on a quiet street sits right on Claytor Lake. It features two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a bed that converts from a full to a king and includes extra pillows, blankets, and beach towels in the closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a regular coffee maker. The living and dining room windows can be opened for fresh air. A smart TV with a digital antenna is available in the living area.

Guests can enjoy lake access and a private dock. There is a canoe. The boat launch is only suitable for a jet ski or kayak.

Important Notes:

No pets allowed

No parties. Quiet time is 9PM–8AM. One warning will be given if it gets too loud

Keep noise low and be kind to neighbors

Keep doors closed when air conditioner is on

Lock all doors and windows before leaving

Turn off all lights when going out

If furniture is moved, return it to its original place

Sign out of any streaming apps before checkout

No smoking inside

Basement is off-limits

Trash cans are in front of the house. Only bagged trash should be placed inside

There are 3 cameras: front door, basement door, and back of the house

Bedroom 1: Bed turns from full to king.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Keep left and follow signs for Rte 177.

Turn left onto VA-177 S/Tyler Rd.

Turn right onto State Rte 693.

Turn left to stay on State Rte 693.

Turn right onto Covey Hollow Rd.

Turn left onto State Rte 619.

Turn right onto State Rte 605.

Continue on State Rte 663.

Drive to Beach Dr:

Continue straight onto State Rte 663, then turn left onto Beach Dr.

Your destination will be on the left.

Park in the driveway - maximum of 4 cars.

There are 3 cameras: one at the front door, one at the basement door, and one at the back of the house.
