'Wish I was given more info about switching properties. Thought for a couple days that I was being scammed. Luckily, I was not but, better communication would’ve been nice. Overall, it was a good stay, though. Nice property/room/bathroom. Comfortable bed. Just what we needed for a couple nights.'

I think it would be important to note in the listing that the washer/dryer amenity listed is actually not available in the unit (I heard there was a laundry on site somewhere though), there is a $35 nightly fee for valet which is virtually impossible to do without, and guests will be approached with a timeshare condo sales pitch. There is lots of options to eat around the area, and it’s fairly secluded near lots of other hotels. it’s easy to find right off the highway A good central location if you are vacationing in Charleston. Having access to a full kitchen helps save money on eating out. I would recommend if your trip is 3 days'

'We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. '
