The house is located in a great central part of town and has plenty of sleeping space for large parties. While we enjoyed our overall stay, there were some small updates that could have made the stay feel more pleasant. First all the pluses- The host had plenty of general amenities readily available for us- soap, shampoo/conditioner, pots, pans, etc. All the spaces were very clean (all except the couches which had lots of food debris between the cushions). There were plenty of towels, linens and pillows. The host also accommodated an early check-in for us, which really helped since we were driving from quite a distance and appreciated being able to relax before starting our activities for the day. The updates needed- It looks as though there was recently a celebration at the house, which left lots of paint ripped off the walls. The living room had one large wall that badly needs a coat of paint. While there are plenty of beds, there isn’t enough space or seating for everyone to sit together in the living room and only one tv in the house. Some very small updates like switching the hangers offered from wire ones you get from the dry cleaner to plastic ones would really help. Lastly, note that two of the four bedrooms have bunk beds. One is a very large one with 3 sets of bunk beds and the other has one bunk bed. Good to know if you have mostly adults in your group.
